How our hiring works

What to expect.

  1. You apply online

Set aside about 20 minutes. The application includes written questions about situations you would actually face on shift. They are the part we read most closely.

  2. We read your answers before your resume

We are looking at the decisions you make and the order you make them in. Spelling and grammar are not scored. Use any tools you like to write them.

  3. We talk through what you wrote

If you move forward, the interview starts with your own answers. Expect to be asked why you chose one approach over another.

  4. Background check, then offer

Some positions also require a drug screening. We will tell you exactly what is involved before we start.
