This application takes about 20 minutes. The written questions at the end are the part we read most closely, so give yourself time for them.

We are reading for how you think and what you would do on shift. Spelling and grammar are not scored.

At 11:40 PM during your walkthrough of the east dorm, two participants are arguing about a missing phone charger. One is standing over the other's bed with his voice raised. The other stays seated and does not respond. You step between them and ask the standing participant to step outside. He does, and goes to the smoking area. The seated participant asks to be moved to a different bed. Nobody is injured. You notify the shelter monitor at 11:55 PM.
